I am lucky to say I have lived in this beautiful area my whole life. As a born and raised North Idaho native I have spent a lot of time exploring all that this beautiful area has to offer and I enjoy sharing this knowledge with my clients so they can find the perfect place to call home. Being a local business owner for over 20 years my strong work ethic and the belief that you treat others the way you would like to be treated has helped me build relationships and create lifelong friendships that last outside of the business transactions.
Continuing education is important to me. Obtaining my professional staging certification, PSA and both the Accredited Buyer Representative and Seller Representative Specialist designations have helped with insight into what buyers are looking for and how to communicate that to my sellers.
I have also received the Circle of Excellence Award, only a small group of Realtors receive this award. It is based on sales volume, commitment to community service, professional development and education.
